摘　　要：目的通过本治疗方法尽快解除呼吸道阻塞,改善呼吸功能,纠正缺氧和二氧化碳潴留,控制心力衰竭。方法硫酸镁加25%葡萄糖,缓慢静脉注射。结果使慢性肺心病急性加重期症状在较短时间内得以缓解。结论该方法作用较快,疗效显著且不良反应小,安全有效。Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of acute aggravation stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease for removing the clog of respiratory tract, improving the respiratory function, and controlling heart failure. Methods Magnesium sulfate mixed with 25% glucose was slowly injected to the veils of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute aggravation stage. Results The symptoms of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the acute aggravation stage were alleviated in a fairly short time. Conclusions This therapy has fairly quick curative effect and little adverse effect.
