摘　　要：三峡机组运行水头变幅大，为避免高水头小开度运行出现不稳定问题，宜设置最大容量．三峡水库因施工和移民安排分期蓄水，为使在较低水位的运行初期获得更多的经济效益，宜在最早投运的一批机组设置临时转轮．Since the operating head of Three Gorges generating sets have large variable amplitude,it is better to provide the generating sets with maximum capacity to avoid arising unsteady state while they are operating under high head and small apertures. Filling of Three Gorges reservoir has to be arranged by stages because of construction and resettling the migrations,so it is suitable to provide termporary runners for some generating sets in the early stage to increase more economic benefits at lower water levels during the initial operating period.
