摘 要:迄今为止,凡在清水条件下水轮机安装高程都是以限制空蚀条件的空化数来确定的。但在含沙河流中,由于泥沙磨损及其与空蚀的相互影响,其安装高程的合理与否,将影响水电站的投资和安全稳定运行。用不同的安全高程和水流含沙量作为试验条件,按金属磨蚀失重率来优选最有利安装高程,是一种新的方法,这在国内外还是首次。UP to now, the setting height of the turbine in clear water has been determined by the cavitation number which limits the cavitation conditions. But for those turbines in silt-laden river, because of the wear by sediment and the interaction between the wear and cavitation, the setting height of turbine would influence the investment and safe and stable operation of the hydropower station. Taking different safety setting height and the sediment content in the river as the test conditions, and selecting the most favorable setting height according to the weight-loss ratio of metal wear is a new method. And it is the first practice not only in domestic but also in foreign countries.
