铁苋菜止血作用机理

摘　　要：给予家兔铁苋菜浸膏粉（１０．６ｇ／ｋｇ）灌胃，可增加血小板数量，提高循环内血小板聚集率，延长优球蛋白溶解时间，但不影响凝血酶元时间。提示铁苋菜止血作用机制与增加血小板数量和功能，抑制纤维蛋白溶解系统有关。Taking orally dry extract of Acalypha austrolis L. (10, 6g/kg, qd ×5d) could significantly increase the platelet count and circulating platelet aggregation rate,prolong the euglobulinolysis time of rabbits. The prothrombin time was not effected in therabbits. The results suggest the hemostatic mechenism was related to increasing plateletcount, promoting its function, inhibiting fibrinolysis system.
