摘　　要：目的观察脂肪瓣延迟术后瓣内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平,为以后使用瓣内脂肪组织进行移植提供理论依据。方法选用新西兰兔6只,随机在左或右侧腹股沟处形成掀起长4 cm、宽2 cm的脂肪瓣,12h后收集瓣内脂肪组织,用ELISA法检测VEGF,并与对侧比较。结果脂肪瓣形成后12h,瓣内VEGF水平(0.93±0.23pg/mg)与对侧(0.53±0.11pg/mg)比较增高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂肪瓣延迟术可促进瓣内VEGF的表达,提示与皮瓣一样,可增加瓣内的血管增生,用瓣内脂肪组织移植可能增加存活率和存活时间。Objective To observe the level of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expressed in the delayed fat flaps of rabbits to provide the theoretical basic for further transplantation of the tissues of the flaps. Methods Fat flaps of 4 cm length and 2 cm breadth were formed randomly in the left or right inguinal regions of 6 rabbits, After 12 hours, the delayed fat flaps and the intact fats in the cnntralateral inguinal regions were harvested, The expressions of VEGF in the delayed fat flaps and the intact fats were assayed by ELISA and compared, Results The concentration of VEGF in the delayed fat flaps was statistically higher than that in the intact fats （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The delay procedure can enhance expression of VEGF and angiopoiesis in fat flaps as similarly as in skin flaps, It suggests that the adipocytes in a delayed fat flap have the potential to increase the survival rate and duration after the delayed fat flap is transplanted.
