中医辨证治疗小儿生长痛46例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医辨证治疗小儿生长痛的治疗效果。方法对经中医辨证施治的46例小儿生长痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果根据小儿生长痛的临床表现,将其分为肾精不足,脾肾虚弱,气血两虚和寒湿阻滞4型,然后采取相应的辨证施治。服中药10天为一疗程。服药1疗程,33例痊愈;服药2疗程,12例有效,1例无效。结论应用中医辨证治疗小儿生长痛能够取得较好的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of the method of TCM dialectic on children＇s growth pain. Methods The clinical data of 46 ehildren with growth pain were retrospectively reviewed. Results According to clinical manifestation of growth pain, these patients are divided into 4 types, i.e. deficiency of the kindey-Jin, weakness of the spleen and the stomach, deficiency of Qi-Xue and block of cold-dampness. Chinese drugs were taken for 10 days as a course of treatment. 33 cases were cured of after a course of treatment. 12 cases had good results and 1 had a poor result after two courses of treatment. Conclusion The method of TCM dialectic can be applied to treating children＇s growth pain and has a satisfactory effect.
