维持性血液透析患者并发脑出血21例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:减少维持性血液透析患者脑出血的发生率。方法:对21例并发脑出血的维持性血液透析患者进行临床分析。结果:21例中,6例好转,4例自动出院,11例死亡。结论:维持性血液透析患者并发脑出血治疗效果差,死亡率高,应积极预防。Objective： To reduce the mordity of cerebral thrombosis in maintenance dialysis patients. Method： The 21 dialysis patients with cerebral thrombosis were analyzed. Result： 6 patients of the 21 dialysis patients with cerebral thrombosis improved, 4 patients left hospital voluntarily, 11 patients died. Condusion： The treatment effect of cerebral thrombosis in maintence dialysis is not good, And the death rate is higher,We should have to prevent it.
