苍术、黄柏、藿香对夏季蛋用种鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验用苍术、黄柏、藿香组成3副不同的中草药配方，配方1为苍术和黄柏各16．2g，配方2为苍术、黄柏、藿香各10．80g，配方3为苍术6．48g，黄柏和藿香各12．96g，分别煎成汤剂。选用1080只240日龄的罗曼蛋用种鸡，随机分为4个处理组。对照组饲喂基础日粮，其余3个处理组分别在基础日粮中添加配方1，2，3。结果表明：在试验的第22～28天，3个添加中草药的试验组的产蛋数和产蛋量与对照组差异显著（P〈0．05）；第25～28天试验2，3组淘汰蛋数明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；而蛋重、蛋壳色泽、哈氏单位、蛋白高度、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、淘汰蛋数、蛋黄色泽和蛋型指数等指标各处理组之间差异不显著（P〉0．05）。Rhizoma-atraetylodis, Phellodendron, Ageratum eoustitated three different Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions, 1 080 chook were randomly divided into four treatments to study the influence of different Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions on breeding hens＇productivity. Four treatments had the same feeding condition and nutritional level. The results showed that amount and weight of eggs had significant difference among treatments and the control group in the fourth week （P〈0.05）. There were no significant effects of Chinese herbal on shell color, height of albumen, shell thickness, shell strength, yolk color, egg shape index.
