摘  要:丙烯与醋酸在 NSE 0 1催化剂上直接加合成醋酸异丙酯。研究了丙烯与醋酸的配比 ,反应温度 ,接触时间等反应条件。较佳条件是 :反应温度 4 0 3 ,丙烯与醋酸的的流速分别为 1 2 L/h和 7m L/h,催化剂用量 1 0m L,丙烯与醋酸摩尔比为 3~ 4∶ 1。在较佳条件下醋酸异丙酯时空产率达 30 0~ 4 0 0 g/( h· L)。催化剂连续运行 50 0 h活性未见下降。IPAC was prepared by the catalytic addition of propylene and acetic acid in the presence of NSE1 catalyst. The conditions for catalytic addition such as mole ratio of propylene and acetic acid, reaction temperature and contact time etc were studied. A suitable condition was as follows, the reaction temperature was chosen as 407 . The rates of flow of propylene and acetic acid were selected to 12 L/h and 7mL/h respectively for NSE01 catalyst at 10 mL. The mixture ratio of the reacting gas was propylene: acetic acid=3~4∶1 (molar ratio). Spacetime yieds were 300~400 g/(h·L) under optimal conditions. The catalyst activity did not decrease ouder continuous operation 500 hours.
