肃肺生津法联合激素、抗生素治疗放射性肺炎53例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肃肺生津法联合激素抗生素治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将入选的放射性肺炎患者分为单纯激素抗生素组(对照组)51例,肃肺生津法联合激素抗生素组(治疗组)53例,以放射性肺炎疗效、生活质量状况、X线胸片疗效及中医症状为指标进行临床疗效对照观察。结果:治疗组治疗后放射性肺炎疗效、生活质量状况、X线胸片疗效及中医症状均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肃肺生津法联合激素抗生素治疗放射性肺炎疗效确切,有效率明显高于单用激素抗生素治疗,且患者生活质量改善情况较单用激素抗生素为优。Objective ：To observe therapeutic effect of the method for descending the lung-qi and promoting production of the body fluid com- bined with hormones and antibiotics on radiation pneumonia. Methods：Selected patients of radiation pneumenia were divided into two groups. A control group （n = 51） was treated by simple hormones and antibiotics,a treatment group （n= 53） treated with the method for descending the lung-qi and promoting production of the body fluid combined with hormones and antibiotics. The therapeutic effects on radiation pneumonia,quality of life,changes of roentgenogram and TCM symptoms were observed. Results：After treatment,the therapeutic effect on radiation pneumonia,quality of life,changes of roentgenogram and TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The method for descending the lung-qi and promoting production of the body fluid combined with hormones and antibiotics has a definite therapeutic effect on ra- diation pneumonia,and the effective rate of the treatment group was markedly higher than the control. The improvement of quali- ty of life of the patients treated by the combined therapy was also superior to that by hormones and antibiotics treatment.
