摘 要:分析了集卡配置对集装箱码头的装卸作业的影响,使用Witness仿真软件以国内某大型集装箱码头为案例,建立了基于码头前沿至堆场的整体道路网络的单船装卸运输仿真模型。通过仿真模型的运行,分析集卡配置数量和车速对整船装卸时间的影响,研究发现集卡的数量应根据装卸的不同时段进行动态调配,集卡的车速提高不一定可加快整船的装卸效率。本模型为建立基于多船装卸运输模型的码头仿真预测系统提供了参考。The effect of the container truck configuration on the handling operation on container terminal was analyzed. In accordance with the data from a large container terminal in China, a simulation model of ship handling and transportation was built by using Witness simulation software, in which a transportation road network from the front berth to the container yard is included. Through running the model, the effect of the quantity and the speed of the container trucks were analyzed on the ship handling time. It is concluded that for the sake of efficient operation, the quantity of the trucks should be configured dynamically according to the different period of handling, and that a higher speed of the trucks would not necessarily result in a faster handling efficiency. This model could be a good reference to building up the simulation-based prediction system of container terminal built on multi-ship handling and transportation model in future.
