摘　　要：战争是一个典型的复杂系统,战争系统的需求论证必须适应信息化战争条件下体系对抗和整体性的特征,需要用新的理论和方法来指导。论文重点从战争系统体系需求的描述框架,基于效果的体系能力规划,探索性仿真实验,以及综合实验评估分析等不同侧面对战争系统体系能力需求论证进行探讨。Being a typical complex system, requirement demonstration for war system must suit to the characteristic of information war, including system of systems （SOS） encounter and wholeness. Guiding with the newly theory and method, the concept of the capability-based requirement demonstration for War System of Systems（ SoS ）was discussed, including the description framework of the capability-based requirement, effects-based SoS capability planning, exploratory simulation experiment, and simulation experiment-based synthesis Evaluation and Analysis （E＆A）.
