摘 要:目的:研究活血化瘀方中使药郁金对君药丹参在气滞血瘀模型家兔体内药代动力学的影响。方法:制造气滞血瘀模型家兔,丹参组和配伍组分别灌胃给药,反相高效液相色谱法测定丹参素的血药浓度,DAS 软件对结果进行统计分析。结果:丹参组和配伍组丹参素的药-时曲线均符合二室开放模型,但配伍组 T_(1/2α)减小,AUC_(0~∞)增加。结论:活血化瘀方中,使药郁金可促进君药丹参吸收入血,该研究可为"君-使"对药体内作用机制的研究提供思路。Objective:To investigate the pharmacokinetic effect of Radix Curcumae on Salvia Miltiorrhiza from the prescription of "Activating Blood Circulation to Dissipate Blood Stasis" in qi -stagnancy and blood stasis (QSBS) rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were administrated with adrenaline to obtain QSBS rabbits, and then equally divided into two groups. One group was administrated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza and the other was administrated with Salvia Milti- orrhiza coupled with Radix Curcumae. Concentration of Danshensu in plasma was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The data was handled by software of DAS to calculate pharmacokinetic pa- rameters. Results:Danshensu was conformed to be a two - open compartment model in all groups of rabbits. T1/2a was decreased and the AUC0-∞ was increased after administrated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza coupled with Radix Curcumae. Conclusion: In the prescription, Shi herb could promote the absorption of Jun herb into the blood. The meth- od could provide an idea for the incorporal substantial foundation of "Jun -Shi" pairing herbs.
