摘  要:目的:建立中药丹参中脂溶性成分的提取方法。方法:以丹参酮Ⅱ_A 和隐丹参酮为指标,用高效液相色谱法进行分析测定,系统考察不同溶剂、不同提取方式对丹参酮Ⅱ_A 和隐丹参酮提取率的影响,并用正交试验法进一步优选提取条件。结果:用7倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次(每次2 h)的提取方法可以获得较高的丹参酮Ⅱ_A 和隐丹参酮提取率。结论:溶剂种类和提取方式对丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A 和隐丹参酮的提取效率有较大影响。Objective: To establish an extraction method of tanshinone ⅡA and crypototashinone from Radix salviae miltiorrhizae as traditional Chinese medicine, nethods:Tanshinone ⅡA and crypototashinone were determined by the HPLC and both of them were used as evaluating index. The effects of different solvents and extraction models on extraction ratio of the tanshinone ⅡA and crypototashinone were systematically investigated. The orthogonal test was further used to optimum extracting conditions. Results :The refluent extraction method with 80% alcohol as much as seven times of the medicine amount for 2 h and twice was more effective. Conclusion:The kinds of solvent and models of extraction have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of tanshinone ⅡA and crypototashinone.
