高效液相色谱法测定白连止痢胶囊中的盐酸小檗碱含量

摘　　要：目的:建立白连止痢胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相0.03mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(70:30),流速:1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长345nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱与样品中其他组分分离效果较好,盐酸小檗碱在0.19～6.00μg范围具有良好线性关系,r=1.0000;平均回收率为98.6%,RSD 为0.90%(n=6)。结论:采用此法测定白连止痢胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量,准确可靠,简便易行。Objective： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Bailian Zhili capsules. Method：The separation was performed on C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm）with 0. 03 mol·L^-1 acetonitrile potassium dihydrogen phosphate（70： 30） as a mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm. Results：A satisfactory separation between berberine hydrochloride and impurity was obtained. The calibration curve was linear over the range from 0. 19 -6. 00μg,r = 1. 0000;The average recovery was 98.6%, and RSD was 0. 90% （n = 6）. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
