摘 要:目的:建立银黄注射液中绿原酸、黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Thermo Hypersil BDS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);紫外检测波长;绿原酸327nm,黄芩苷280nm;流动相:绿原酸为乙腈-0.3%磷酸(13:87),黄芩苷为乙腈-0.3%磷酸(23:77)。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.18~0.92μg范围内,黄芩苷在0.12~0.60μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.7%和99.5%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,适合于该药的质量分析检验。Objective:To establish an analytical method of determinating baicalin in Yinhuang injection by HPLC. Methods:Chlorogenic acid in the injection was separated by HPLC on Thermo Hypersil BDS(4. 6 mm ×250mm,5μm)with a CH3CN-0. 3%H3PO4( 13: 87)as mobile phase and detected at 327 nm,baicalin in the injection was separated by HPLC on Thermo Hypersil BDS ( 4. 6 mm ×250mm,5μm) with a CH3 CN - 0. 3 % H3 PO4 ( 23: 77 ) as mobile phase and detected at 280 nm. ResuLts: There was a good linear relationship with a range of 0. 18 -0. 92 μg for chLorogenic acid,0. 12 -0. 60 μg for baicalin ,the average recovery rate were 97.7% and 99.5% separately. Conclusion:The method is accurate, rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of Yinhuang injection.
