摘　　要：目的:建立复方药物微乳膏中螺内酯含量测定方法。方法:采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱 SinoChrom ODS-AP 4.6mm×200mm,5μm,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),流速:1.0mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长238nm,柱温30℃,检测灵敏度0.002AUFS。结果:螺内酯浓度在1.25～12.50mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系为 r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率100.07%,精密度 RSD 为1.08%。本法用中国药典2005年版规定方法验证,t 检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:高效液相色谱法测定复方药物微乳膏中螺内酯含量,结果准确、精密,可靠。Objective：To set up a method for the content of Spironolactone in Compound Recipe Microemulsion Cream. Method：A HPLC was utilized, Spironolactone was separated on SinoChrom ODS -AP column （4. 6 mm ×200mm,5μm） and wavelength of UV detection at 238 nm, using methanol - water（ 70：30 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1, the column temperature kept at 30℃ Result：The linearity obtained in the range of 1.25 - 12. 50 μg· mL^ -1 r = 0. 9999 （ n = 6 ）, the average recovery was 100.07% （ RSD = 1.08 %, n = 9 ） and to validate this method between this method and the standard one in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2005 edition） by ttest（ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： The established method is accurate, sensitive and reliable. paired
