摘  要:目的:应用火焰原子吸收法测定不同产地栽培黄芪中的金属元素 Na、K、Mg、Ca、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cd、Cr、Pb 含量。方法:采用先灰化、再用体积比为4:1的硝酸-高氯酸常压微沸条件下消解黄芪样品,研究了测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件,并作了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果:河东、河西栽培黄芪中 Na、K、Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn 含量分别为1571.2,3962.0,2057.8,2968.0,10.4,406.7,8.2,12.2 μg·g^(-1)和227.2,11274.8,1047.1,983.5,10.5,362.3,11.3,19.9 μg·g^(-1)。Co、Ni、Cd、Cr、Ph 未检出。方法的加样回收率为97.16%~102.7%,精密度 RSD(n=9)为0.5%~2.6%。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果令人满意。Objective: To determine the amount of metal elements in the roots of Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch. ) Bge. var. mongholicus ( Bge. ) Hsiao from different regions by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Method: FAAS was established for the determination of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cd, Cr, Pb in the roots of Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch. ) Bge. var. mongholicus ( Bge. ) Hsiao. The samples were calcinated and followed to digest with HNO3 -HClO4 (4:1 ) at 90 -95 ℃ under normal pressure. In the meantime, the optimum parameters of FAAS and effects of solution medium on the results were studied. Results: Analytical results of Na, K, Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn respectively, the roots of Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch. ) Bge. var. mongholicus ( Bge. ) Hsiao,from different habitats were 1571.2,3962.0,2057.8,2968.0,10.4,406.7,8.2,12.2 μg · g^-1 and 227.2, 11274.8,1047.1,983.5,10.5,362.3,11.3,19.9 μg · g^-1 ,and Co,Ni,Cd,Cr,Pb had not been detected in the sampies. The results showed that the recovery of additional standard was 97.16% - 102.7% ,the precision( RSD,n =9) was 0.5% -2.6%. Conclusion:The characteristic method is quick, simple and convenient with satisfactory results.
