摘　　要：分子印迹是合成预定选择性固定相的新兴技术,整体柱是新型的色谱固定相技术,二者的结合集成了各自的特点,是当前的前沿课题。本文综述了分子印迹整体柱在药物分离方面的应用。Molecular imprinting is a new approach to prepare predictable selectivity stationary and monolithic column is a novel technology of chromatographic stationary. The combination of these two technologies comprises their merits and the topic of molecularly imprinted column is one of promising research fields. This review summarizes the contributions of numerous groups working in this rapidly growing area for drug separation.
