微波萃取/HPLC法测定污泥中的烷基酚类物质

摘　　要：采用微波辅助萃彬高效液相色谱法对深圳市龙岗区供水集团有限公司各水厂的沉淀池和回收水池池底污泥中烷基酚类和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物的浓度进行了测定，并与采自周围环境中的样品进行了比较，该方法的检测限为0.010～0．050mg／L，回收率为95．47％～106．42％，测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．86％～5．20％。The concentrations of alkylphenols and alkylphenol polyethoxylates in sludges from sedimentation tank and recovery water tank of the water plants of Longgang Water Supply Co. Ltd. were determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with microwave-assisted extraction. The contents of these compounds in environmental samples were also determined for comparison. The detection limit is 0.010 to 0.050 mg/L. The recovery varies from 95.47% to 106.42% while the RSD changes from 0.86% to 5.20%.
