摘  要:对宁夏同心、中宁、惠农、银川园林场4个产地的宁杞1号果实中枸杞多糖和总糖含量与土壤养分及盐分比较分析表明:不同产地枸杞果实中枸杞总糖含量差异极显著,惠农含量最高,银川园林场最低;多糖含量表现为4个地区间差异不显著;果实中枸杞总糖含量与速效氮呈显著负相关,与有机质无显著相关性;多糖与Na+和Cl-相关性显著;总糖与Na+和Cl-相关不显著,而与Ca2+和SO42-相关性显著。The relations between soil factors and polysaccharide and total sugar of Lycium barbarum was discussed. The resuhs showed that the correlation coefficient between total sugar in different regions was significant ,the total sugar content in old producing area- Huinong was more than that in Yuanlinchang. Total sugar of Lycium barbarum presented negative correlation to Available nitrogen. The correlation coefficient between polysaccharide and soil factors was not significant, but it presented correlation against efficient Na^+, Cl^-. The correlation coefficient between total sugar and Na^+, Cl^1- was not significant, but Ca^2+, SO4^2-. Polysaccharide and total sugar of Lycium barbarum content in the fruit of Lycium barbarum L in Ningxia invariably presented positive correlation to the salt content of the earth, in which it showed markable.
