摘 要:用国外先进的LI-6400光合作用测定系统与便携式自动气象站,对南方温室条件下番茄的光合生理与冠层部位、小气候因素进行了分析,认为不同部位功能叶片的净光合速率相差很大;温室内光合速率在正午时分有明显的“午休”现象,其主要小气候影响因素是光照与温度,并初步模拟得出了光合速率-光合有效辐射响应的非线性方程,结果对进行温室环境调控有参考意义。The photosynthesis physiology and canopy location, microclimate factors of tomato were analyzed systematically in the greenhouse in spring in southern part of China, based on the data collection by the advanced instruments of LI-6400 photosynthesis measuring system and hand-carried automatic weather station. There was a great difference of net photosynthesis rate for different canopy locations. The phenomenon, Noon recess, appeared obvioualy at noon in the green house. The predominated factors are irradiation and temperature. The nonlinear equation was fitted in terms of photosynthesis rate and photo synthetically active radiation. The results are useful to environment regulation in the similar greenhouse.
