摘　　要：本文简要介绍了Matlab与VC混合编程的现实意义,分析了Matlab与VC联合编程的几种方法及其各自的优缺点,然后结合详细的实例分析了利用Maltab的COM技术实现VC与Matlab数据传递和调用的具体方法,该方法不仅能够充分发挥两种语言各自的优点,还可以完全脱离Matlab的运行环境,在实际应用中大大提高了编程效率和软件性能。This thesis gives a brief introduction of practical significance of the combination of Matlab with VC, analyses several specific ways on how to implement it, advantages and disvantages of each way are mentioned as well . Then with an example to demonstrate the detailed method to realize transfer data between VC and Matlab by means of COM moduls, which not only take full advantage of the two languages, but also can be independent of Matlab environment. It boosts the programming efficiency and improves software＇s performance.
