益气免疫冲剂的临床观察

摘　　要：观察了益气免疫冲剂对于辨证为气虚的咳嗽、肺胀（慢支炎、肺气肿）、水肿（慢性肾炎）、肺痨（肺结核）患者的气虚症状及免疫功能的改善。结果表明能显著改善气虚症状，增强体质，促进细胞免疫，双向纠正ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值异常及体液免疫紊乱。显示其双向调节免疫功能，促进免疫系统恢复动态平衡的优越性。Yiqi Mianyi Granule was composed of herbal medicines with effects of invigorating spleen and kidney,benefiting qi and strengithening body resistance.It was applied for cases with chronic bronchitis,emphysema,chronic nephritis,pulmonary tuberculosis which were attributive to qi deficiency syndrome.The results showed that the granule can markedly re-lieve the symptoms of qi deficiency,strengihen body resistance.improve cellular and humoral immunity,and correct the abnor-mality of CD4 / CD8 ratio in a biphasic manner.It is indicated that the granule can regulate the immune function in a biphasicmanner and restore the kinetic equilibrium of immune system .
