仙珍骨宝抗骨质疏松药效学研究

摘　　要：以去卵巢及采用长期应用肾上腺皮质激素分别建立了两种肾虚的模型，检验了中药复方制剂仙珍骨宝对此两种“肾虚”大白鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。研究表明，仙珍骨宝对去卵巢所致的“肾虚”大白鼠骨质疏松症有较好的防治作用，可使骨吸收明显减少，骨形成增加，动态观察证明本品尚可使成骨细胞活性增加，骨基质钙化加速，有明显改善骨质疏松的作用。对类固醇所致的肾虚大白鼠的骨质疏松，本品亦有使骨吸收减少，骨形成增加及骨量增加的作用，研究结果还证明，仙珍骨宝对类固醇所致的大鼠肾上腺萎缩现象有较强的对抗作用，与激素合用可预防后者所致的肾上腺皮质萎缩等作用。Abstract Xian:hengubao(XZCB)is a herbal preparation containing Herba Epimedii.total coumarins of Fructus Cni-dii,Concha Margaritifera Usta,etc.The preventive and the rapeutic effect of XZGB on osteoporosis were studied through twokinds of animal models with kidney - deficiency.i.e,f(I)by ovariectomy and(II)by long-term administration of conicoid.The studies showed that(I)in the model I,XZCB had obvious preventive and therapeutic effects manifested as definitedecrease in bone resorption,increase in bone fornlation and activity of osteoblasl and acceleration of calcification of bone matrix;(2)in the model II,XZGB also decreased bone resorption and increased bone foilnation and bone mass.It was also provedthat XZGB markedly act against adrenal glands atrophy of rats in the model I,so that the weight-cortex thickness and lipidcontent of adrenal glands in the rats when XZGB was used together with corticoid were similar to that in the nornial controlledrats.It is indicated that XZGB used with corticoid can prevent the adrenal glands atrophy induced by corticoid.KEY WORSD:Xian zhengubao/therapeutic use;osteoporosis/therapy,TCM
