祛痰宁的祛痰抗炎、止咳平喘作用

摘　　要：祛痰宁００５～０４ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ及０１～０２５ｇ／ｋｇｓｃ给药有增强大小鼠气管排泌酚红的作用，其作用随剂量的增加而增强；０２～０８ｇ／ｋｇ能加强毛果芸香碱引起的小鼠流涎作用，作用随着剂量的增加而增强，０４ｇ／ｋｇ与必嗽平的作用相当；祛痰宁油０１０～０４０ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ１ｈ后能显著抑制鸡蛋清引起的足肿胀，其抑制作用随着剂量的增加而增强；０３ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ及００５ｇ／ｋｇｉｐ时对巴豆油致炎引起的鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用；０１０ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ给药时对氨水刺激引起的咳嗽有止咳作用，０４０ｇ／ｋｇ的止咳作用与可待因００６ｇ／ｋｇ相当。实验结果表明祛痰宁的毒副作用小，治疗范围宽。Que Tan Ning0.1～0.4g/kg ig and0.05～0.25mg/kg sc was effective to increase the secretion of PSPfrom mice bronchus, and the effect was enhanced when the dosage was increased.The salivation caused by pilocarpine in micecan be enhanced by Que Tan Hing0.2～0.8g/kg ig,the inflammation caused by 0.1ml 10% egg white can he inhibited byQase Tan Hing 0.1～0.49/kg ig,and the ear swelling caused by croton seed oil can be inhibited by 0.39/kg ig and0.059/kg ip. oue Tan Ning 0.10g/kg was effective for relieving cough caused by the imtation of ammonia water.Long -term toxicity test on rats and dogs showed that Que Tan Hing had little toxic and side - effects and a wide dosage range.
