少腹逐瘀胶囊的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：利用多种动物模型对少腹逐瘀胶囊进行了药效学研究，实验结果表明，少腹逐瘀胶囊对实验性痛经模型有明显的镇痛、解痉作用，能明显对抗催产素引起的子宫平滑肌强烈收缩。为该药用于妇科治疗寒证引起的痛经、月经不调及妇科炎症等病提供实验依据。By using several experimental animal models,pharmacodynamic studies of Shao fu Zhuyu Capsule was car-ried out.The results showed that the capsule had marked analgesic and antispastic effects on rat dysmenorrhea model and relax-ing effect against rat uterine conteraction induced by oxytocin. It possesses anti-inflammatory,antioncotic and hemostatic ac-tions,but exerts no significant effect on blood estradiol level in adult female rats.These effects may be the main pharmacologicbasis for treating the gynecological diseases such as dysmenorrhea caused by cold,irregular menstruation and inflammatory dis-eases.
