摘　　要：云贵高原特殊的地形条件对缉捕行动的组织与实施影响较大。指挥员应充分发挥主观能动性,精心计划安排,灵活利用地形,合理运用技战术,就可高效率地捕获缉捕对象,取得缉捕行动的胜利。The special terrain conditions of Yunnan-Guizhou plateau bear unfavourable influences on planning and implementation of police arresting actions. A director should bring his/her initiative into full play and work out the plans carefully. The terrain conditions should be flexibly utilized and tactics are properly used to increase arresting efficiency against the targets, which will result in a final success of the police arrest actions.
