摘 要:以泡沫镍为基体用电沉积法制备了Ni-S-Co非晶合金电极,通过测定电极在30%KOH溶液中的阴极极化曲线,研究了不同沉积条件(硫酸钴掺杂浓度、电流密度、电沉积温度、电沉积时间、镀液pH值)对镀层析氢性能的影响,并用XRD、SEM对镀层进行了表征。结果表明:所获得的镀层为非晶态结构,镀层表面颗粒分布均匀且具有很大的比表面积。确定了较佳电沉积工艺条件:硫酸钴掺杂浓度为10 g/L、电流密度为50 mA/cm2、镀液温度为50℃、电沉积时间为40 min、镀液pH值为4。Ni-S-Co amorphous alloy was prepared by means of chemical electrodepostion method on foamy nickel matrix. The relation between catalytic ability for hydrogen evolution reaction and the conditions of electrodeposition (COSO4 · H2O doping content, current density, temperature, depositing time and pH value) has been studied by testing the cathodic polarization curves of the electrodes in 30 % KOH solution. The phase and microstructure analysis were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The results show that the coating is amorphous structure and the particles in surface is uniform with large specific surface area. The optimal conditions of electrodeposition has been determined; COSO4 · H2O doping content is 10 g/L, current density is 50 mA/cm^2 , temperature is 50 ℃, deposition time is 40 min, pH value is 4.
