五痹胶囊治疗系统性硬皮病33例临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价五痹胶囊治疗系统性硬皮病(SSc)患者的临床疗效及其对外周血循环内皮细胞水平的影响。方法将65例符合入选标准的SSc患者,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,从SSc患者的临床症状积分、外周血循环内皮细胞水平变化等方面进行前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果SSc患者较健康人血管内皮细胞水平显著升高(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的临床症状积分、血管内皮细胞水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组在总有效率、抗体转阴率、循环内皮细胞水平下降等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论五痹胶囊能明显改善SSc患者的临床症状和体征,提高生活质量,保护血管内皮细胞是其作用机制之一。Objective：To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Wubi Capsule on systemic scleroderma （SSc） and its effects on level of endothelial cell in peripheral blood circulation. Methods：Sixty five cases of SSc meeting the enrolled criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by using double blind and double simulation method. Cumulative scores of clinical symptoms,changes of peripheral endothelial cell contents were compared prespectively between the two groups. Results ：The vascular endothelial cell level significantly increased in the patient of SSc as compared with that of healthy subjects（P〈0.01）. After treatment,cumulative scores of clinical symptoms and vascular endothelial cell level decreased significantly in both groups（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of total effective rate,antibody-negative rate and the decrease of endothelial cell level in the circulation （P〈 0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion ：Wubi Capsule can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs,increase quality of life in the patient of SSc ,and protection vascular endothelial cell might be one of its mechanisms.
