摘  要:天然成因试剂地浸采铀在我国是一项较新的铀矿开采方法,空气预氧化矿层技术是其核心内容。空气预氧化铀矿层的基本原理是向矿层送入压缩空气,利用空气中的氧氧化铀矿石,再利用地下水中的碳酸氢根或碳酸根将铀浸出。为了积累更多的基础资料和经验以便在我国推广应用空气预氧化铀矿层技术,在新疆某铀矿进行了现场试验。试验中浸出液铀浓度最高达230 mg/L,钻孔抽液量可逐渐恢复到原始抽水试验最大值10.5 m3/h。该结果表明:空气预氧化工艺可成功实现矿石中铀的氧化,节约氧化剂成本,提高铀的浸出率,并且对矿石渗透性能影响较小,可以避免高矿化度地下水条件下的化学堵塞。In-situ leaching uranium mining by natural reagent is a new technology in China, and air pre-oxidation is the core content of this technology. Air pre-oxidation of uranium-containing stratum involves feeding compressed air into the stratum. The oxygen in the air oxidizes the uranium ore and the uranium is then leached by the bicarbonate radical or carbonate radical in the underground water. To accumulate more basic data and experiences for popularizing in China this technology of air pre-oxidation of uranium-containing stratum, field test was made in a uranium mine in Xinjiang. In the test, the leached-out uranium concentration was as high as up to 230 mg/L and the liquid extraction by drilling was gradually returned to the biggest value of 10.5 m^3/h in the original water extraction test. The results indicate that air pre-oxidation process can successfully realize the oxidation of uranium, save the oxidizer cost and improve the uranium leaching rate. Meanwhile, it has small effect on the ore permeability, which can avoid the chemical blockage under the condition of highly mineralized underground water.
