摘  要:滑坡、塌陷与冒顶等矿山灾害是复杂地质系统行为突变的结果,其形成机制、时空演变规律及相互间的关系都十分复杂。灾害的主宰性测控和应对决策是通过灾害信息主动提取、信息分析处理以及融合,对灾害的状态、趋势、效应等实现主宰性测控;在准确预测的基础上实现主动应对和全维度防范。针对其主宰性应对决策技术进行了深入研究。构建了矿山灾害的应对决策技术框架,使得包括滑坡、塌陷与冒顶在内的多种矿山灾害应对具有可操作性。Mining disasters such as sliding, subsidence and roof caving are the results of mutation of complex systematic behaviors. Their formation mechanism, spatiotemporal evolvement law and mutual relation are very complex. The dominate monitoring and control and decision-making for solving mining disasters include the realization of the prediction of disaster state, trend and effect by the dominant monitoring and control through initiative extraction, analysis and treatment of disaster information, and the active solution and full dimension protection of disasters based on an accurate forecast. A deep-going study is made on the dominant decision-making technology and a framework of the decision-making technology for solving mining disasters is constructed, making it operable to solve mining disasters including sliding, subsidence and roof caving.
