摘　　要：As a developing country, China is faced with shortage of per-capita possession of resources and high demand of economic development. Under such circumstances, sustainable development has become inevitable in social production. In the last 25 years, China has achieved a miraculous 8% annual GDP increase rate, but at the price of resource and environment depletion as more rapidly. The lack of resource makes people aware of the importance of moderate development, effective utilization and waste prevention.
