脑脉舒宁对大鼠血压的影响

摘　　要：采用脑脉舒宁提取液（1ml相当于生药0．sg），分别给血压正常的大鼠和由去甲肾上腺素（NA）诱发的高血压大鼠静脉注射25．0％（甲组）和12．5％（乙组）药液，1ml／kg，以生理记录仪和心电记录仪等同时记录大鼠的血压、心电图及呼吸。实验结果显示，给脑脉舒宁后，两组正常大鼠血压均有明显降低（P＜0．05）。对去甲肾上腺素诱发的高血压大鼠也可使其血压显著降低（P＜0．01）。对大鼠的心电图与呼吸无显著影响（P＞0．05）。Naomaishuning is an extracted liquor from Safflower, Chuanxiong Rhizome, Red Sage Root,Acorus Calamus and Leech,etc. (1ml was equal to 0. 5g dried medicinal herbs ). With various dosages of the extracted liquor,we studied its effects on normal blood pressure and high blood pressure which were induced with noradrenaline of general anaesthesia rats. The results showed the blood pressure of rats in normal blood pressure group with high dosage (25% of the extracted liquor,iv,1ml/kg, and low dosage (12. 5% of the extracted liquor,iv ,1ml/kg )were decreased to compare with itself before and after the administration of extracted liquor (P<0. 05). The blood pressure of rats in high blood pressure group was decreased markedly (P<0. 01 )and the effect of Naomaishuning on blood pressure of rats was dependent on the dosage of extracted liquor from Naomaishuning. In experiment,We found that the medicinal herbs could decrease the rate of heart of rats. But there were no remarkable differences (P>0. 05). And there was no effect on respiration of rats (P>0. 05).
