摘　　要：目的 评价麻疹实验室网络的运转情况，探讨实验室监测在加速控制麻疹中的作用。方法 对山东省1999-2003年麻疹实验室网络的各项监测指标进行分析。结果 在检测的6104份血清标本中，麻疹IgM抗体阳性2355份，阳性率35．58％；风疹IgM抗体阳性1832份，阳性率30．01％。实验室检测指标中，血清标本及时采集率、及时送检率、实验室结果及时反馈率等均达到较高水平，特别是实验室结果及时反馈率〉98％。省疾病预防控制中心（CDC）麻疹实验室从送检的336份咽拭子标本中，分离到麻疹野病毒23株，风疹野病毒9株，经中国CDC病毒病预防控制所国家麻疹实验室基因序列测定和分析，麻疹野病毒均为H1基因型，表明H1基因型为山东省流行的优势毒株。结论 山东省已建立了省、市级CDC麻疹／风疹快速鉴别诊断和病原学监测实验室网络，并且运转良好。Objective In order to evaluate the work situation of measles laboratory network and discuss the function of laboratory surveillance in measles control. Methods We analyzed surveillance resuits of measles laboratory during 1999 2003. 5016 sera from measles suspected cases sere tested. Results In total of 5016 samples collected from measles suspected cases, 2046 samples belong to measles IgM positive and the positive rate was 40.79% （from 1999 to 2003, the positive rate was 59.12%, 45.69%, 40.75%, and 30.93%, respectively）; 1370 samples were rubella IgM positive and the positive rate was 26.55% from 1999 to 2003, the positive rate was 10.8%, 23.85%, 10.07 %, and 49.38 % ）. Among the laboratory detection indicators, the rate of serum sample collection in time,the rate of sending in time and the rate of results feedback in time are all maintained in high level. Especially the rate of results feedback within 3 days gets to 98 % higher than the demands of WHO/CDC（7days）. 23 measles virus and 9 rubella viruses were successfully isolated from 336 throat swabs. All the measles isolates were proved to be H1 genotype after sequencing and analyzing by National measles laboratory; it means that H1 genotype is the dominated strains in Shandong Province. Conclusion In our Province, we have established the Measles and Rubella surveillance laboratory network, the network include 1 provincial laboratory functioned as the center laboratory and 20 prefecture laboratories, the laboratory network runs well.
