摘　　要：中国乳业：一切才刚刚开始 在过去二十年里，中国乳业拓展和深化了东部沿海地区居民的乳品市场，但是解决乡村居民的蛋白质供应问题，尤其是去实现温总理人均“一斤奶”的梦想，才刚刚开始；我们解决了大中城市居民“吃奶难”的问题，但是追逐新鲜、追逐高品质的乳品消费升级才刚刚开始；全国乳品供应网络的建设才刚刚开始。Today, dairy industry in China is just a start and we are marching towards a new stage of development. There are four characters of this： being a hightlight in the industrial economy of China; growing at a speed faster than the world＇s average; gaining wide attention with only a small scale; facing a future of popularization and upgrading; high quality and customization being the natural trend. Now, the everlasting theme is innovation. Joseph Schum Peter said that innovation is the reorganization of production factors, which leads to new products, new production method, new market, new raw material and new organization. Dairy industry in China is ready for reform for the reasons of creating a harmonious society, urbanization, transform from a welloff society to a better-off society and the further of globalization： Bright will take lead in pursuit of healthy life.
