摘　　要：介绍了一种基于3D-MEMS技术与无线传感器网络技术实现的特种设备实时监控管理系统。该系统运用3D-MEMS(固态硅基电容加速传感器与倾角传感器)技术和无线传感器网络技术,采用多种信道并行通信(VPDN、CDMA、GPRS、PHS、数传电台、长波等),实现对特种设备的授权使用、防盗报警、控制特种设备的移动范围、显示特种设备的工作状态等功能。The artide introduces a real-time monitoring and management system for special equipment based on 3D-MEMS technology ＆ wireless sensor network technology. This system uses 3D-MEMS （solid micro-silicon-based capacitance accelerate sensor and inclination sensor）technology and wireless sensor network technology, uses many kinds of parallel channeh （V-PDN, CDMA, CPRS, PHS, Digital Radio,Long Wave, etc）, realizes the issue usage of special equipment, anti-theft alarm, the control of movement area of special equipment, the display of working condition of special equipment, and other functions.
