安徽省黟县文化遗产地保护与利用对策研究

摘　　要：保护好历史文化遗产,并使之能传至永久,同时又促进当地经济的发展,是一项重要而又紧迫的任务。文章以世界文化遗产皖南古村落为核心,分析了黟县历史文化遗产与城镇分布特征,剖析了黟县在社会经济发展中历史文化遗产地保护、利用与城镇协调发展中存在的主要问题,提出了历史文化遗产富集保护地区的整体性保护、文化生态网络化旅游开发利用、城镇建设协调发展若干对策。It is an important and urgent task to preserve the historical heritage well, making it last forever, and boost the development of local economy at the same time. With the ancient villages in south Anhui Province, which is one of the World Heritage sites, as the core, this article analyzes the distributing characteristics of historical heritages and towns of Yixian County, discusses the main problems existing in the coordinated growth between the protection, development and utilization of historical heritage sites and the development of new towns of Yixian County, and puts forward some measures such as the integrated preservation of the historical heritage enriched areas, the development and utilization of cultural and ecological network-style tourism and the coordinated growth of the historical heritage sits and the new towns.
