摘 要:文章介绍了PH C预应力混凝土管桩(下称PH C管桩)的物理性能及施工特点以及在沉桩过程中为减少或消除挤土效应对周边地下管网或建筑物的影响所采取的技术措施,详细论述了某工程PH C管桩施工过程中各阶段所采取的技术措施,通过这些施工技术的实施,确保成桩质量,以保证工程的桩基合格。This paper introduces the physical properties and construction features of PHC piles as well as the technical measures adopted in pile-sinking in order to reduce or eliminate the influence of the soil extrusion effect on the surrounding underground network and the surrounding buildings. It also discusses in details the technical measures adopted during all the stages of PHC pile construction in a project. And these measures proved to be effective to guarantee the quality of the piles and the qualification of the pile foundation.
