摘　　要：目的：探讨高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法：采用高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折28例．结果：全部病例随访6个月-18个月，平均13个月，均获得骨折愈合。按Merchant标准，优21例，良5例，可2例。结论：应用高尔夫钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折，创伤小，固定牢靠，可早期功能锻炼，并发症少。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of tibia plateau fracture is treatd by the golf plate. Methods： The golf plate fixation was adopted in 28 cases of tibial plateau fractures from January 2001 to June 2004. Results： Follow- up for 6 months-18 months （mean, 13 months） showed bone union in all the patients. The results of therapy were assessed according to the Merchant criteria as follows：excellent in 21, good in 5 and fair in 2. Conclusions.. Golf plate fixation in the management of tibial plateau fractures might have advantages of minimal trauma, reliable fixation, early movement and fewer complications, being a valuable clinical alternative.
