摘 要:利用分散聚合反应制备苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯微球,用于制备高效氯氟氰菊酯杀虫涂料。以甲醇/水为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,制备了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物微球。微球的粒径随着聚合温度和引发剂用量的提高、稳定剂浓度的降低而增大;扫描电镜观察为单分散的球形,微球粒度分布在0.60~2.00μm。释放试验表明载药体系确实有缓释效果。高效氯氟氰菊酯聚合物载药微球与商品乳胶漆混配性强,且杀虫效果良好。Styrene- acrylate microsphere is synthesized by despersion polymerization for preparing high efficient lambda- cyhalothrin contained insecticidal coatings. Methyl methacrylate- styrene- butyl acrylate copolymer microsphere is prepared by using methanol/water as solvent, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) as dispersing agent and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The particle size increases while the reaction temperature, and amount of initiator increase or the concentration of stablizer decreases. Characterized by SEM, the particles are mono -dispersed spheres and the granularity distribution is from 0.6 p.m to 2.00 μm. The results of releasing test prove that the drug - carried system shows good sustained release effect. High efficient lambda- cyhalothrin drug- carried microsphere matchs well with emulsion coatings, and their effects of insecticide are good.
