摘　　要：利用RS与GIS等高新技术,通过生态环境分区、评价因子信息提取、评价因子分值权值确定、评价模型建立等步骤完成黄河上中游地区生态环境综合评价,为区域可持续发展和环境保护提供科学依据。Using high and new technology such as RS and GIS, based on ecological environment, appraisal factor information extracted, the appraisal factor ki and bi ascertained, appraisal model established, this paper put forward an accomplished ecological environment synthetic evaluation in the middle and upper reaches of Yellow River, with providing scientific basis for the region sustainable development and the environment protection.
