摘　　要：从科研活动的规律和特点出发,以科研投入、产出、效益为主线,构建了高校科技“投入—产出”效益评价指标体系,并对评价指标体系特点进行了分析。该指标体系的建立,为高校科技事业的发展提供了一个量化判据。Based on the rule and characteristics of activity of scientific research in nuiversities, a system of evaluation indexes was proposed, which clarified the relationship between input and output of science and technology in universities, Furthermore, the characteristics of the system were analysed, The system provides a way to evaluate the development of scientific research quantitatively in universities.
