关于构建甘肃农业科技创新体系的思考与建议

摘　　要：分析了甘肃农业科技发展现状及存在的问题,介绍了构建甘肃省农业科技创新体系的意义及构建甘肃农业科技创新体系的思路设想,并从设立甘肃省农业科技创新体系财政专项和运行专项;深化农业科技管理体制改革,建立农业科技创新的长效机制;加强创新人才培养;建立省级农业科技创新体系方面提出了发展建议。The development status and existing problems of Gansu agricultural science and technology was analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, the meanings and thoughts of constructing agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems of Gansu province was introduced. The developing suggestions was put forward as follows： constructing specialized finance and operation of Gansu agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems; deepening the reform of management structure and constructing the long effect mechanism of agricultural scientific ：rod technological innovation; strengthening innovation talent training;setting up agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems at provincial level.
