摘　　要：对七台河市煤炭业在发展煤炭经济、对资源与环境的利用以及煤炭企业内外部管理体制4个方面的状况进行了介绍,并对其中有利于与不利于煤炭业可持续发展的因素进行了分析。The article introduces the conditions of developing coal economy, employing resources and environment and manageable institutions inside and outside. Furthermore it analyses the advantages factors and disadvantages for sustainable development of coal industry according to the above introduction.
