摘 要:开发产品族作为实现大批量定制(Mass Customization,MC)的一种有效方式已被学术界和工业界广泛认同,并成为一个重要的研究方向。产品族建模是进行产品族配置设计的核心,从现代达尔文主义学说这个新的角度提出了一个新的产品族模型———产品族基因模型,并阐述了其基本原理及实现,从而实现产品族建模和配置过程的高效率、可靠性和通用性。最后用自行车产品族作为示例进行了说明。The development of product family being regarded as a kind of effective way of realizing mass customization has already been broadly admitted in the academic and industrial circles and has become an important direction of study. Modeling of product family is the core for carrying out distribution design of product family. From the new point of view of modern Darwinism theory, this paper put forward a new model of product family gene model of product family. Its basic principle and realization was expounded, thus realized high efficiency, reliability and commonness of product family modeling and course of distribution. Finally, an illustration was carried out by taking the product family of bicycle as a living example.
