摘　　要：应用SW6-98管板分析设计软件,对合成氨变换净化不锈钢带膨胀节薄管板冷却器进行管箱、壳体、换热管和管板及膨胀节的应力分析计算,进行失效原因分析,提出改进意见。The accidents of crack of periphery tubes and severe deformation of the tuhesbeet and the expansion joint occurred in one stainless steel cooler for transformation and cleaning of synthetic ammonia, which was designed for one petrochemical company. Two coolers have had to be abandoned for these reasons, one performed for one year, and the other only for four months. The software SW6 was used to calculate the stresses in the bonnet, the shell, the tubes, the tubesheet and the expansion joint, and the failure causes were analyzed. Then, some improvements were proposed.
