低频脉冲电刺激治疗产褥期乳腺炎55例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低频脉冲电刺激对产褥期妇女急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法选择产褥期乳腺炎患者110例,随机分为综合治疗组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用常规疗法,综合治疗组在常规疗法基础上采用低频脉冲电刺激,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者疗效间差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);两组患者平均治疗天数间差异亦有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论运用低频脉冲电刺激治疗产褥期乳腺炎效果明显,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effects of low frequency electric stimulation treating women with acute mastitis in puerperium. Methods 110 women with acute mastitis in puerperium were selected and divided into two groups randomly, 55 women in trial group received routine treatment plus low frequency electric stimulation while 55 women in control group received routine treatment; then the curative effects of two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences between the trial group and control group in the therapeutic effects and average cure days （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The low frequency electric stimulation is effective for mastitis women in puerperium.
