摘 要:以乳化-化学交联法制备苦参碱白蛋白微球。采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热法和X-射线衍射法考察微球的特性,并用动态透析法考察体外释药规律。所得微球外观圆整,包封率为(83.55±3.17)%,载药量为(6.19±0.24)%,平均粒径(0.94±0.15)μm。体外释放试验结果显示,苦参碱白蛋白微球具有明显的缓释作用。Matrine albumin microspheres were prepared by emulsion-chemical cross linking method. The scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction were utilized to investigate the characteristics of the microspheres. The results showed that the microspheres were spherical with the entrapment efficiency of (83.55±3.17) %, the drug loading of (6.19 ±0.24) %, and mean particle size of (0.94 ± 0.15) μm. The in vitro release behavior was carried out by dynamic dialysis to indicate that the microspheres had significant sustained-release effect.
