摘　　要：Four kinds of Iodinatedcasein was separated from industrial Iodinatedcasein with gel-chromatogram methods.these Iodinatedcaseins were used to immunize New Zealand rabbit.The anti-Iodinatedcasein-serum was obtained after three times injecting and the titers of antiserum was 32000.The special sensitivity of anti-serum was very good in the indirect ELISA motheds.Four kinds of Iodinatedeasein was separated from industrial Iodinatedeasein with gel-chromatograrn methods, these Iodinatedeaseins were used to immunize New Zealand rabbit. The anti- Iodinatedeasein-serum was obtained after three times injecting and the titers of antiserum was 32000. The special sensitivity of antiserum was very good in the indirect ELISA motheds.
